Performance
The new Chevrolet Equinox EV gives you two powertrain choices. You can opt for the front-wheel drive version with one electric motor. The front-wheel drive Equinox EV delivers 213 horsepower and has a range of up to 319 miles. The all-wheel drive model has two electric motors, one for each axle. The latter configuration cranks out 288 horsepower and has a range of up to 285 miles, well beyond the confines of Midland. The all-wheel drive model of the Equinox EV will get you from zero to 60 miles per hour in less than six seconds. The new Chevrolet Equinox EV can tow up to 1,500 pounds.
The Chevrolet brand's all-electric platform gives the Equinox EV a smooth ride and responsive steering as you drive around Grand Rapids. You can select the amount of regenerative braking created by the Equinox EV up to a one-pedal driving mode. Using DC fast-charging capability, you can add 70 miles of driving range to your new Equinox EV in about 10 minutes. The Equinox EV has an MPGe combined of 108 for the front-wheel drive model and 96 MPGe with the all-wheel drive model.
