GREAT SERVICE HERE, VERY NICE PEOPLE

Got me in right when I got there even though I arrived a little early. Service was excellent. Brought my cabin filter in to show me something had chewed on it and built a nest. Recommended it be changed and told me the cost upfront. Appreciated that.

Graff always works diligently to get my vehicle in for the repairs that are needed. They communicated what repairs were needed and the cost expeditiously so I could have the repairs done and my car returned before the end of the day, which is very much appreciated.

I had an appointment with you for an oil change. You all noticed my oil was leaking and recommended that I get the dye. I'm glad you caught the leak! Thank you!
