Good job.

I walked in with a problem with my air conditioning system. They did their assessment and repaired the problem on the spot. It has been at least mid 90"s to 100 degrees the past few days and due to my health problems, I appreciate the fact they were able to accommodate me on the spot.

Having a breakdown is never pleasent, but even worse when you are out of town on a vacation we had planned. But,Niki was very helpful, getting us a loaner vehicle so we could continue our vacation. The dearship was great, and the issue was fixed quicker than they had thought. I would recommend them. I wish closer to home.

The service department was able to figure out the problem with my ignition the 2nd time and my truck was returned to me in the time frame expected. They waived my $100 deductible since I had paid it the first time. Nicki was excellent in keeping me informed of the progress.
